Who sends these messages
Messages are sent by Lesslo on behalf of a household account holder who has added you as a helper for their home.
Who receives these messages
Only helpers who have explicitly opted in. When a household adds you, we text you once to ask for your consent. You are enrolled only after you reply YES. Until then, no task reminders are sent to your number.
Sample messages
- Opt-in request: “Hi Maria! You've been added as a Housekeeper for the Smith household on Lesslo, an app for daily task reminders. Reply YES to start receiving your task texts. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply. Terms: lessloapp.com/sms-terms”
- Confirmation: “You're opted in! You'll now receive daily task reminders for the Smith household. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.”
- Daily reminder: “Good morning Maria — today: Kitchen deep clean, Change guest linens, Check paper towel stock.”
Message Frequency
Task reminders are sent daily on the days you work for the household, typically one message per day. Occasional confirmation or account messages may also be sent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. We stop all messages to your number, across every household you help with, right away.
