Lesslo SMS Notifications

Who sends these messages

Messages are sent by Lesslo on behalf of a household account holder who has added you as a helper for their home.

Who receives these messages

Only helpers who have explicitly opted in, in two steps. First, the household shares a private Lesslo helper link with you; you open it on your own phone, review these terms, and check a consent box (see an example at lessloapp.com/sms-optin). Only then do we send you a single text asking you to confirm. You are enrolled only after you reply YES. Until then, no task reminders are sent to your number.

Sample messages

• Opt-in request: “Lesslo: Hi Maria! The Smith household added you as a Housekeeper. Reply YES to get daily task reminder texts (up to 1 msg/day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: lessloapp.com/sms-terms”
• Confirmation: “Lesslo: You're opted in! You'll get daily task reminders for the Smith household (up to 1 msg/day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
• Daily reminder: “Lesslo: Hi Maria! Your tasks for Tue: 1. Kitchen deep clean 2. Change guest linens 3. Check paper towel stock. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

Up to 1 message per day: task reminders are sent daily on the days you work for the household. Occasional confirmation or account messages may also be sent.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or STOPALL) to any message. We stop all messages to your number, across every household you help with, right away. Reply START to resubscribe.
