• Household information: household member and helper names and phone numbers that you add in order to assign and coordinate tasks.
• Usage data: information about how you use the app to help us maintain and improve it.

How We Use Information

• To operate core features of Lesslo, including assigning tasks and sending task-related notifications.
• To send SMS text messages (task assignments, reminders, and confirmations) to helper phone numbers you add to your household, only after you confirm you have permission from each helper to send them these messages.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

SMS Messaging

Phone numbers are used solely to send household coordination messages you have authorized (task assignments, reminders, and confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on household activity. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages to a given phone number, or remove the helper from your household in the app. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only as needed to provide that service.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your Choices

You may update or delete household/helper information at any time in the app, and you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's Privacy

Lesslo is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
